Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 10:00 PM (local time)
  • Orders are processed within 1–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to return an item, please follow our return process after receiving your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier to locate your package.

If tracking information is unavailable due to technical issues, please contact us and we will assist you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping once handed to the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Period (Customer Remorse)

You may return items within 30 days from the day after delivery.

To initiate a return, please email contact@zyntrausa.com.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in new condition
  • Manufacturer seals must be unopened (if applicable)
  • Item must not be damaged due to customer handling
  • Must include original packaging and all accessories

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier unless you purchased shipping insurance.

For insured shipments, incorrect items, or defective products, please contact us at contact@zyntrausa.com.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided (if approved)
  • You will not be charged for return shipping in approved cases

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Please ensure items are securely packed and include all original accessories.

Marketplace Orders (Third-Party Sellers):
ZYNTRA operates as a marketplace where third-party sellers offer products. Return addresses may vary depending on the seller.

Please contact us to receive the correct return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

In some cases, returns may need to be shipped internationally at the customer’s expense.

We recommend contacting us first, as we may offer alternative solutions or cost-saving options.

Order Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

Orders are processed quickly, sometimes within one hour, making cancellations or modifications impossible.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 2 days after the expected delivery date, contact us at contact@zyntrausa.com.

We will initiate a carrier investigation, which may take up to 5 business days.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time is 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Warranty

All products include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by improper handling.
